Moulding Operations

At Mountain Sawyers, we pride ourselves with our ability to work directly with our clients and their projects. We believe that the client should go away with what they came for and to also be satisfied with how we handled them as a customer. In essence, we believe that the "Customer's perception is reality" and we do our best to make even the most challenging project go as smoothly as possible. We can work with our clients to create a trim profile from a hand drawing, pre-existing sample, or anything else that can provide us with a sample of the desired profile. With our in-house templating, and profile grinding we can typically turn around projects very quickly as we do not have to be dependent on an outside company for this service. We believe in choices when it comes to our customers projects. We have many different sources to draw from in our lumber selection. From local domestic species, to the African exotics we can work with our customers specific needs.

Pricing

As there are numerous options and details that go into moulding projects, it is very hard to give a "standard" price. Primarily, the pricing for a project is dependent on these factors:

  • Paint or Stain Grade
  • Wood Species
  • Wood Grade
  • Profile size
  • Quantity (lineal footage)
